Job Responsibilities:

To understand the requirement of the station’s / country’s documentation and ensure jobs are executed as per standard operating procedures.

Ensure department SLAs and all Key Performance Indicators are being met as per the agreed delivery guidelines.

Deliver a high level of service quality through timely and accurate completion of services.

JOB REQUIRED SILLS

Project Coordinator – US

Job Responsibilities:

Adhere to HSE requirements

Adhere to SOP and SAP

Adhere to Air & Ocean general KPIs

Co-ordinate logistics service to the project up to destination(s)

Co-ordinate communication between Service Providers and DHL

Co-ordinate operation and logistic teams at key locations, in close co-operation Project Manager

Liaise closely with other locations to ensure strong communication links are maintained
