Commercial Graduate, Marketing – 2 Year Rotational Position
The Commercial Graduate, Marketing pathway is focused on our commercialization strategy – planning, optimizing, and growing our business. During the graduate program, you’ll get the opportunity to undertake missions across multiple functions within the Marketing department. To broaden your experience and feed your curiosity, you will undertake five distinct four- to five-month rotations across the following areas:
Digital Experience & Analytics
Media Planning & Buying
Brand Communications & CRM
Retail Marketing
Qualification:
Graduated university within the last 3 years with a degree associated with the program
Interest in the automotive industry
Prior project management or internship preferred
Keeps up with fast-paced environment
Self-driven, strong work ethic, and go-getter attitude
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
Possesses good analytical and written/verbal communications
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Business & Financial Analyst – Parts & Accessories
Job Description:
Maintaining database of customer service metrics, source files, and Tableau dashboards / Provides daily reporting and analysis of CC (Customer Care) results for the field and corporate management.
Working with various departments to research data requirements, summarize results, and develop algorithms to implement effective, dynamic reporting.
Performing analysis on available data sources and make recommendations as to how best represent CC metrics / Working with business owners to drive revenue objective achievement.
Independently leveraging a variety of internal and external resources to bring projects to completion / Utilizing analytic tools such as Tableau via the data lake, converts analytical results into visually aesthetic, intuitive charts and graphs for quick executive consumption.
Performing financial analysis, primarily variance calculations and interpretation of variances for each of the revenue and cost elements for Parts and Accessories business.
Supporting budget/forecast variance analysis by providing relevant drivers obtained through analytical data (i.e., detailed retailer performance, etc.)
Responsible for providing direct support in the preparation of the CC budget/forecast process through utilization of analytical data (i.e., historical trends, seasonality trends, etc.)
Performing ad-hoc analysis as requested and other duties as required, including training users throughout the company on how to utilize and interpret analytic results.
Qualification:
BA/BS in a financial or quantitative field, or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge in Financial Analysis
Advanced analytical and project management skills
Experience with SQL, Tableau and other similar tools essential
Must be very detail oriented with ability to manipulate large amounts of data
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint required
Must have ability to work cross-functionally
Must have strong business acumen and have ability to work with individuals at all levels in the organization

Launch Analyst
Job Description:
• To ensure there is a clearly defined supply chain strategy for all logistics functions to support International vehicle packing and local vehicle manufacturer programmes.
• To ensure the supply chain strategy is aligned to both the overall Company and Manufacturing Strategies
• To ensure robust Programme delivery and strategy execution to support a flawless Programme launch
Qualification:
• Ideally Degree qualified but not essential
• Previous experience in a similar role within supply chain logistics with a track record of delivery.
• Analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data and evidence and provide recommendations and/or required interventions to support activities.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite with a greater emphasis on experience of using Excel to provide timely and accurate data to the business.
• Ability to manage risks and issues.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Slovakian

Graphic Design: This highly creative specialism focuses on producing 2D graphics, in Adobe illustrator and photoshop, with a sensitivity and a style befitting of the company’s luxury brands. You will learn from the experienced team around you, how to execute and communicate ideas and layouts successfully. How to be flexible and agile in your approach to new graphical challenges.

In addition, you will need to have a real passion for problem-solving, the curiosity to understand business challenges, and deliver innovative solutions. You will also need to have strong numerical and interpersonal skills, as well as the confidence to champion new initiatives.
