Global Capital Markets Project Finance Associate – New York
Job Responsibilities:
– Structuring and arranging holistic financing solutions including advisory, debt, equity, rates, and commodities
– Performing financial modeling and analysis of power, energy / energy transition, and infrastructure projects
– Analyzing current news, trends and regulatory events influencing global power, energy / energy transition, and infrastructure markets
– Managing all aspects of deal execution and guiding clients through structuring, marketing and negotiation
Qualifications:
– A minimum of 2 years of experience within Capital Markets or Investment Banking is required
– Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA, CA and/or CFA designation would be an asset
– A proven track record of coordinating with internal and external teams to meet transaction deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong client and interpersonal skills
– Highly quantitative with excellent modeling skills
– An interest in power, energy / energy transition, and/or infrastructure

Associate Market Risk Institutional Equity Division – India
Job Responsibilities:
Risk Analysis using Stress Testing, VaR, Backtesting and other measures.
Uploading and Analyzing sample prospective portfolios, comprising of several financial product types in Equities, Convertible Bonds, Corporate Bonds, Swaps (IRS/CDS), Options and Futures on
Commodities/Index/Interest Rates/Currencies.
This may involve searching for relevant tickers/identifiers for such products, using Bloomberg and other internal sources/databases.
Analysing live client portfolios, highlighting risk issues/concerns, and recommending margin policy changes.
Conducting Risk analysis for the various funds analysing factors like Liquidity, Concentration, etc.
Senior Management Risk Reporting and Trend Analysis for the various businesses.
Risk analysis based on Strategy or Country, or Sector or other market-based events as needed.
Streamlining/Automation/Tool Building for Internal Risk Management.
Liaising with the relevant regional stakeholders (Risk, Margin, Credit, IT, etc.) in terms of periodic risk deliverables.
Participate in global risk projects out of Mumbai in terms of requirements gathering, developing, testing and validation.
Qualification:
Graduate degree in Mathematics or Engineering with strong analytical skills.
1-2 years of experience in the Finance industry.
FRM / CFA (at least Level 1 completed).
In-depth understanding of Financial Products (Equities, Options, Futures, Bonds, Commodities, Rates, Credit) and good understanding of risk in such products.
Working Knowledge in any of (VBA /Python/R) programming languages or ability to analyze large data sets using SQL/Excel/Power BI tools.
Strong Analytical skills and hands-on approach to problem solving.
Excellent communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and high degree of attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Regulatory Operations Associate – Europe
Job Responsibilities:
Perform functions related to performance reporting across various platforms depending on the client base (i.e. PARis, Envestnet, etc.) including but not limited to entry of information from client statements and performing related QA functions.
Prepare ad-hoc reporting related to performance reporting and/or other initiatives in line with business needs, gathering required data attributes.
Provide administrative support to the Retirement Sales team with sales proposal creation and prospecting initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with various cross functional and global partners.
Perform self-testing on functions executed by the Budapest team to ensure adherence to set guidelines and procedures.
Collaborate with the business to identify and implement process improvements for efficiency gains.
Address any issues or questions that may come up related to projects handled by ICS Budapest in a timely manner.
Manage and maintain Microsoft Teams channels and SharePoint, to enable efficient collaboration across the team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 years of relevant financial services industry, analytics and data, project management, strategy, or related experience preferred.
