Academic Eligibility
Candidates must have scored a minimum of 65% or 6.5 CGPA (strictly no rounding up) in the following:
SSC/10th
HSC/12th/Diploma
BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT)
Eligible streams:
BE/B.Tech: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Electronics & Communication (E&C), Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC), Telecom, Communications, Electronics
MCA/M.Sc.: Computer Science, Information Technology
The course must have been completed in 2024 without any backlogs
Candidates should possess a consolidated mark sheet or provisional degree certificate
Academic gaps:
• Should not exceed one year after completing SSC
•No gap is allowed between joining and completing any graduate/post-graduate course

Job description:
1.Responsible for responding to customer requests, including but not limited to, answering calls via a phone queue, customer emails, chat support
2.Requests and providing after hours on call support for troubleshooting technical issues.
3.Support end-user devices/peripherals, including but not limited to computer hardware, operating systems, communications, software applications, data processing and security.
