Applications are invited by IIT from motivated and energetic students with excellent academic record, from well-established management/commerce colleges for various internship opportunities at Incubation Centre IIT Patna (IC).
IC is a technology based business incubator focused on ESDM and Medical electronics. IC of-fers two months Internship to limited number of students from Marketing and Accounting streams. The internship is designed to provide awareness and hands on knowledge on the said area. The interns will be guided by the experienced team of Incubation Centre staff. Upon suc-cessful completion, internship certificate will be provided by IC.
Marketing Internship
No. of Posts: 2
Eligibility: BBA final year students, MBA (any year)
Stipend: INR 5000
Skills Required:
1) Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms
2) Ability to multi task and take initiative
3) Good written and verbal communication skills in English in Hindi
4) Hardworking and dedicated outlook
5) Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
Accounting Internship:
No. of Post: 1
Eligibility: B.Com final year students
Stipend: INR 5000
Skills Required:
1) Good knowledge in basic accounting
2) Skills in using accounting software such as tally
3) Knowledge in MS office package
4) Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
Internship Details:
Location: Incubation Centre Office at IIT Patna Bihta campus (or as assigned by mentor)
Period of the Internship: 15th May 2019 to 15th July 2019.
Timings : Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
How to apply?
All candidates are required to submit their application to career_ic@iitp.ac.in on or before 10th May 2019 along with the scanned copy of a recommendation letter issued by the Professor/Guide of the Institute.
In case of large number of applications, shortlisting will be done by IC based on academic performance and skills. The final selection will be made after a Walk-in-interview with shortlisted candidates on 13th May 2019. IC IIT Patna will provide an internship certificate at successful completion of the activity. Decision of IC on all matters of internship will be final.
