Process Engineer – United Kingdom

Job Description:

· As a member of the asset delivery team, support both the delivery and asset discipline Engineers within the relevant sphere of expertise.

· Support the delivery process team in prioritizing workloads and scopes.

· Actively support a working culture based on respect for health, safety and environmental issues and maintenance of a high level of asset integrity.

· Develop excellent working relationships with offshore and onshore production operations, relevant subsurface teams, the technical authorities, verification engineers and discipline engineers and others as appropriate.

· Act as key discipline expert for management and input to Production Loss Reporting.

· Carry out and support Root Cause Investigations and execute respective actions to improve equipment reliability and availability.

Qualification:

· Chemical Engineering Degree.

· Valid Offshore Certifications.

Engineer – Process – India

JOB TITLE: PRINCIPAL ENGINEER / SENIOR ENGINEER / ENGINEER – PROCESS

Job Description:

· Assist in organizing the preparation of the Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s), Process Block Flow Diagrams (BFD’s), Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s), Utility Flow Diagrams (UFD’s), Heat and Material Balance, Process Safety Diagrams, Material Selection Flow Diagrams (MSD’s), Equipment Data Sheets, and other required diagrams and documents.

· Prepare equipment lists, line lists, data sheets, utilities summaries, metallurgy diagrams, hydraulic calculations, and equipment sizing calculations.

· Perform checks on documents by verifying all required and relevant equipment are reflected on the diagrams through supporting documentation and relative design criteria. Identify ambiguities and clarify equipment requirements.

· Organize the issuance of engineering drawings and technical documents for Inter-Discipline Checks (IDC’s), coordinate with other engineering disciplines in the integration of data inputs.

· Provide process data to Instrumentation, HSE and other disciplines.

· Review vendor documents and meet with vendor representatives when required.

Qualification:

· B.E. / B. TECH – CHEMICAL ENGINEERING Specialization in Chemical / Petro Chemical Engineering preferred.

· 3-20 years in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Design Engineering (with minimum 2 – 4 years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry, in consulting OR EPC company with Design & Engineering capability).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide general administration support to the Supply Chain function.

Request suppliers to complete vendor registration documentation and liaise with internal stakeholders for approval.

Register vendors in Petrofac’s ERP system and initiate compliance screening.

Compile various Supply Chain Documents for approval.

Report on vendor registration requests and expedited responses from internal/external stakeholders.

Job Description:

Assist the Structural Integrity Team Lead with the ongoing implementation of the Structural

Integrity Management System, RBI and scheduling of inspection tasks.

Develop and take ownership for the development of structural inspection workscopes in accordance with RBI inspection schedule and classification requirements across multiple assets.

Development and update of the structural inspection plan

Qualification:
