Petrofac is currently looking to recruit a Delivery Hub Co-ordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract basis based in Aberdeen, UK.
Job Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate initial mobilisation for new start (staff & adhoc) in line with company induction process.
Maintain accurate rota management system (ATS) with any changes.
Update and maintain all required company systems, i.e., Power BI portals, RDB etc.
Liaise with customer logistics for mobilisation requirements.
Engage with offshore employees and client supervision regarding any enquiries.
Recruitment of ad-hoc personnel in line with the BMS Adhoc Resourcing Process.
Raise requisitions for offshore staff vacancies.
Liaise with employees on short term absence and arrange RTW medical as appropriate.
Meeting medevacs and escorting to company medical provider(s) as required.
Provide weekly report to designated Team Leader on operational activity.
Monthly reporting for functional support.
Tool Hire & Purchase as required by the contract.
Essential Skills:
Good secondary/tertiary education.
Operations experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
Contractor personnel resourcing experience is preferable.
Oracle experience would be an advantage.
Computer literate and experienced in Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Visio, Microsoft Access, and PowerPoint.
