Petrofac is currently looking to recruit an Integrity Engineer on a permanent basis based in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver ‘right first time’ high quality technical work.
Be part of the team delivering technical projects in line with contract Scope of Work and budget
Become proficient in the use of BuildME.
Identify new work/project extension opportunities when supporting project delivery.
Produce of written reports and/or strategy documents.
Manage the delivery of individual CTRs as part of project delivery.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of techniques, best practices and statutory requirements appropriate to the business, through appropriate means, i.e. review of periodicals, attendance at conferences/user groups, etc.,
Contribute to continuous improvement in all necessary systems, processes and procedures relevant to the professional management of the business.
Essential Skills:

Integrity Management Program Development and Implementation
a. Risk based inspection (RBI)
b. Corrosion management strategy development
Good working knowledge or some / all of the following:
Implementation of Predictive and Non-Destructive Technologies (NDE/NDT)
Pipeline integrity management systems
Mechanical Integrity, AIV, FIV, FEA
Fitness for Service and remaining life extension
Process Safety
SCE and Performance standard development
SIL assessment and verification
Major Accident Hazard management
Qualitative and/or Quantitative Risk management
