Aviation and Delivery Hub Coordinator
Job Description:
Develop rota plan and communicate plan and updates to relevant parties
Co-ordinate vendor and visitor trips by liaising with planner and offshore team
Co-ordinate flights to achieve best possible utilisation of aircraft
Ensure certification complies with all applicable legislation and is up to date for all personnel
Produce weekly/monthly reports and statistics as required. Analyse performance.
Provide support for aviation Vantage POB system and update relevant parties on further developments with the system
Co-ordinate and liaise with Heli Operators and Heli admin on Daily Scheduling amendments regarding weather and technical aircraft issues that may arise
Attend Vantage User Group meetings, act as focal point for distribution of updates to Heli personnel
Liaise with Material Co-ordinator onshore and offshore regarding the authorisation of Ad-hoc air freight
Liaise with employees on short term absence and arrange RTW medicals as appropriate, ensuring recording in applicable system
Ensure that all POM’s (Personnel Offshore Movement) requests for vendors are authorised prior to travelling Offshore
Maintain accurate rota management system (ATS) with any changes
Recruitment of ad-hoc personnel in line with the BMS Adhoc Resourcing Process and raising of requisitions for offshore staff vacancies
Book Domestic Flights for Kittiwake Onshore and Offshore Team as required
Update and maintain all required company systems i.e. Power BI portals, RDB, PetrofacGo etc
Hotel booker for Offshore personnel
Ensure OGUK medicals are kept up to date and booked as required
Meet medevacs and escort to company medical provider(s) as required
Responsible for on-boarding process for new offshore hires including coordination of initial mobilisation in line with company induction process
Participate in on call rota and offshore visits as and when required
Tool Hire & Purchase as required by the contract
