Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Job Description:
To act always in accordance with the Policy on Health, Safety and Environment and provide assurance activities accordingly.
Support the documentation of Maintenance Execution and Assurance activities effectively with Discipline expertise. This includes support to these activities pre and during Turnaround
Support Engineering to set maintenance strategy for the discipline in close consultation with Technical Authority, Engineering and Reliability Engineers on HSSE critical and production equipment in line with Global MEC requirements.
Support the monitoring and development of equipment care plans to support MEC goals
Has input to Maintenance Reference Plan.
Essential Skills:
A Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or Equivalent, oil & gas experience (operations and/or maintenance).
Proven records on Reliability/Integrity assurance and with maintenance engineering execution
Knowledge of sparing and inventory management
Experience with Management of Change process,
Knowledgeable in API standards. Has proficiency in Spare management and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
High level computing skills – Microsoft Office, and engineering maintenance systems for plant and equipment
High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
Initiative and capacity to exercise good judgment
Good time management skills
Experience and understanding of equipment maintenance:

QC/ QA control and testing requirements
Spares identification
