3) Graduation- B.Tech / BE
4) Stream- Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics and Communication/Software Engineer/Electronics and electrical Engineering.
5) 70% and above in B.Tech/BE & 12th Grade
6) CTC- 2.6 LPA
7) Probation- 15 Months and Service Agreement : 18 Months
Location: Noida/Bangalore/Chennai
Terms of Employment:
1) Willing to relocate anywhere in India
2) Willing to work in 24*7 environment and any assignment
3) Willing to sign a service agreement of 18 months
Job Description:
1) Implementation of Six sigma projects
2) Working on Network Device / Unix Server / Storage Devices (depending upon your respective domain)
3) Ensuring Data center uptime according to SLAs
4) Implementing New technologies and Design changes
5) Applying patches/upgrades to maintain security level
6) Responsible for building and maintaining Test environment
7) Independent troubleshooting within SLA
8) Manage Customer escalations
9) Identify avenue for value adds and present value add summary
10) Troubleshooting technical issues related to Network/Server/Storage devices
11) Handling tickets/Requests
12) Update the knowledge base
13) Technically upgrade across versions of environment when required
14) Participation in Monthly steering committee meetings (as required)
15) Participate in monthly QA audits
