HR Systems Associate – IFS
Job Description:
Work to become SME of our Human Capital Management system – Workday
Work with our global service team to test & implement system changes
Support the HR team and troubleshoot issues as they arise via ServiceNow
Be responsible for system security & permissions
Carry out bulk data processing & imports to Workday (EIBs)
Manage small-medium projects to implement new HR processes
Maintain integrity of system through regular systems reconciliations
Qualification:
Degree in IT/Computer Applications
At least 1-2 years’ experience of HR IT systems
Strong MS Excel & data management skills
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, both independently and as part of a team
