Job Requirement:
Eligibility:
Education: MBA / Master of Planning (M. Plan) / Master of Urban Design.
Bachelor’s in architecture, Planning, or Engineering would be preferred
Experience: 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in urban, industrial or regional development and proven skills in one or more of the following domains:
· Real Estate: product mix strategy, highest and best use analysis, Location strategy
· Go to market deck preparation, market assessment and benchmarking
· Economic Planning and Visioning
· Industrial Area Planning and Management
· Infrastructure Planning and Project Development
· Financial modelling and feasibility assessments
· Contract management
· Public private partnership projects
Software & Digital Skills – Required: MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel
Software & Digital Skills – Desirable: Jira, Primavera, Q-GIS, MS Projects, Adobe Illustrator, BIM, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop and other relevant tools.
Preferred background: Prior experience in real estate or infrastructure consulting with exposure to large-scale development projects
Job Responsibilities:
· Lead and support projects in urban transformation, real estate strategy, and infrastructure development
· Conduct data analysis, market research, benchmarking, and highest and best use assessments for real estate assets
· Design strategic frameworks, master plans, and development strategies for industrial and urban areas
· Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies and investment briefs for clients
· Create impactful presentations, reports, and visual outputs with strong design and storytelling
· Engage with government, industry authorities, and developers to drive project success
· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes
