Job Responsibilities:
1) Assisting Technician in execution of Jio GigaFibre Installation and Service request calls
2) Installation of Fibre solution ensuring best customer experience
3) Understand and provide resolution to customer issues
4) Acquire and onboard new customers
5) Understand customer requirement to offer advanced/relevant solutions to them
Skills Required:
1) Cabling and device installation
2) Customer centric solution mindset
3) Passion to perform
4) Fluency in local language
Industrial experience:
1) <30 years of Age
2) Fresh from ITI / Diploma pref

1) Looking for candidate who has completed ITI, Diploma and Engineering freshers can apply for this job.
