Job Description:
Take overall responsibility for conducting all activities prior to the Training Program
o Responsible for taking part in recruiting candidates well suited for the job.
o Seek the participant list and the training requirements (infrastructure and supporting) from the Lead Training Operations Manager
o Conduct a thorough audit of the Training Venue and the provisioning of requirements one day before the commencement of the training program; follow-up with concerned personnel in case of any anomalies
Ensure effective and efficient conduct of the Training Program
o Ensure conduct of the overall Training Program as per the defined Charter and module scheduling; leverage the systems/ tools, facilitator aids and cue sheets
o Modulate the training program as per the needs of participants, while maintaining consistency vis–vis the learning objectives
o Drive a participative and interactive training session and resolve queries/ concerns
Ensure completion of the key activities to be conducted post completion of the Training Program
Collate the training feedback forms (1st Level) from each participant online.
Assessment & Certifications
Take overall responsibility for conduct of the designed Assessment and documentation of participant-wise results
Dole-out certifications to successful participants, as per defined criteria
Ensure collation of the Assessment & Certification data for each participant in the Training Program and provide the same to the L&D Lead
Administrative and Governance related
Ensure completion of all the required forms and formats required from an administrative and governance perspective:
o Training Delivery Dashboard
o Training Feedback Report (1st Level)
o Assessment & Certification Dashboard
Operation Support related:
Responsible for the on-job training by supporting trainees during the post training month.
Conduct learning circles during grad bay.
Provide feedback and coaching during grad bay
Align to Business Strategies and Objectives and provide Learning Solutions when there is no training batch to handle
Achieve all NHT targets as defined by the L&D framework (Throughput, pass score, etc.)
Achieve all grad bay targets as defined by the L&D framework (CSAT, CFA, Communication skills, AHT, etc.)
Should display effective progress while handing over a training batch to the Operations Team
Ensure compliance to the Assurance framework/checklist for every batch
Audit and provide feedback to agents when without a batch
Accuracy and timelines of reports
Timely and accurate dissemination of any change update or NPL.
Conduct efficacy checks and take corrective and preventive actions to ensure customer experience is positive
Analyze, validate and fix performance gaps on regular basis
Maintain 100% accuracy on reports
Attend calibrations and have minimal variance
Appear for knowledge test and score 100%
