Finance Analyst(Job Number: 19001170)
Purpose
Responsible for a variety and increasingly complex functions such as budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
Main Responsibilities:
Prepares financial and business related analyses and research in areas such as financial and expense performance, depreciation and investments. Analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, financial trends and operating forecasts. Performs financial forecasting, variance analysis and reconciliations. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. All other duties and special projects as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree in finance discipline
MBA with a finance concentration is preferred
Professional finance/accounting qualifications
Proven ability to work under pressure handling multiple tasks to ensure timely completion of all activities
Evidence of strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Experience with software revenue recognition models
Able to champion new ideas, manage change, and execute on action plans
Ability to manage, motivate and inspire people to embrace change
Versatility, flexibility, enthusiasm, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
Proven ability to determine, own and follow through coherent strategies
