Responsible for counseling and enrollment of participants for appearing in KPMG academy programs.
Communicating with clients for Pre & Post Sales & ability to develop & maintain positive working relationship with clients
Regular follow-ups with prospective clients via email and telephone from the first enquiry to the time of conversion into enrollment
Generating inquiries through database calls, emails, referrals etc.
Maintaining & achieving monthly, weekly targets & MIS reports regarding enquiry and conversion status.
Initiate & coordinate inter team activities.
Knowledge of MS office (PowerPoint, Word etc)
Excellent verbal and written English, research skills, Persuasive skills, communication skills, Analysation skills
Ability to work well in teams. Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic and lead by example
Have the ability to work under pressure & target oriented approach
Be willing to travel within India or abroad, if required
Post Graduate or Graduate in any discipline
Candidate with Experience in similar profiles will be an added advantage.
