Engineer – DataDoc Mgmt – Philippines
Engineer – DataDoc Mgmt will take lead in the project database of SmartPlant INTOOLS (SPI) and responsible for merging and claiming of data within agreed SLA (Site specific) including the quality measures. The role will also prepare the JB schedule, Loop diagrams, specification updates, Instrument index maintenance, trouble shoot of E2E wiring for field instruments & propose technical solutions virtually, co-ordinate discussion with stakeholders, conduct Risk Assessment, ensure good QA/QC, record keeping, & final job closure to enable high equipment reliability & plant technical availability. Responsible in the development, drafting and As-Built using Hexagon / AVEVA suit and AutoCAD application and updating the common electrical and instrumentation engineering drawings.
Qualifications:
Preferably an Electrical Engineering degree holder with at least a year of experience in Instrumentation & Control/Electronics/Instrumentation/Electrical or related full time university degree.

Assoc Eng- Data Controller – Malaysia
The Associate Engineer – DataDoc Mgmt-2 is expected to perform data control and management of technical data, procedures, and engineering drawings through functional mailbox management, metadata management, and high-level quality checks. The role will be responsible in the maintenance, assurance, technical support, and standardization of Shell’s Upstream, IG and Downstream assets technical data, and the document management of an asset’s technical drawings, vendor/OEM correspondences, procedures, and other engineering drawings.
Qualifications:
Preferably 2 years of industry experience as Data and Document Controller with knowledge of data control processes and systems on Major Capital Projects/Assets, and of EPC interface management.
Knowledge of cross-discipline engineering data (requirements and use) including business data model of engineering, spare parts processes, Maintenance Management System build processes.
Knowledge of SharePoint and document management systems.

Engineer – Control Systems – India
Job Requirements:
Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting process monitoring tools, supporting and providing improvement ideas for process control, Base layer control (DCS) and advanced process control.
Development of competencies within the Process Control Team
Maximize benefits from Process Control applications, both APC and base-layer
Provide concept to commissioning support for all Process Control applications.
Day-to-day support of Operations in base-layer and advanced process controls
Support and implement automation by optimizing process control and investigating process control related issues by coordinating with process experts.
Responsible for DCS programming, designing, commissioning and implementation of Advanced Process Control Solutions.
Perform tasks of developing and implementing process control to support capacity increase and safe operations within plant processes.
Handle tasks of identifying and testing changes to the process by using sophisticated modelling and by using dynamic simulation methods.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Instrumentation engineering or equivalent qualifications
Experience in designing, developing, implementing, and commissioning Control System and Base layer control strategies is Mandatory.
Experience of troubleshooting and solving problems with controllers and other process related issues in process control. DCS application is Mandatory.
Experience in any one of the system Honeywell/Yokogawa/Emerson control systems is required.
Experience of working as a technologist, process control and automation is preferable.
Experience in the Oil & Gas / Chemicals Sector is required.
Knowledge of Instrumentation engineering, both field and control systems, is an advantage.
Awareness of understanding of Safety Instrument Function/Safety Integrity Level is preferred
