Job Description:

The Customer Operations Specialist Deal to Cash provides high quality frontline support, proactive communications, value-adding interactions and effective issue resolution to deliver best-in-market Customer experience.

This role may focus on some or all the accountabilities below, depending on operational requirements. Businesses serviced include but are not limited to: Global Commercial, Commercial Fleet and Retail. These activities cover all Customer levels including Key Accounts and Platinum Customers.

Risk Based Inspection Engineer – Static

Job Description:

Preparation of RBI data sheets, converting process flow diagram into material selection diagrams, identifying corrosion loops, identifying integrity operating windows and operating parameters from corrosion monitoring framework, preparing corrosion loop descriptions and tags, identification of dominant failure modes & damage mechanism, knowledge of RBI procedures. Support Inspection supervision of static equipment during asset Turnarounds.

Ensure Data validation of all the templates, create automation tools in order to expedite the process and speedy implementation. Review error log sheet, finding solutions and implement the same for maintaining high quality data uploads in the system.

Creating equipment specific task lists for preventive, corrective and shutdown maintenances of the static equipment like Vessels, Columns, Heat Exchangers etc,

Qualifications:

Preferably with University Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Material Corrosion or any relevant field.

Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery/Petrochemicals /equivalent industry.

Proven experience in Risk Based Inspection of static equipment.

American Petroleum Institute (API) Certification is an advantage

Preferably with exposure in using either w-IMS / SAP / APM Meridium

Effective communication skill and stakeholder management.

Ability to deal effectively with complexity and detail and to prioritize and ensure timely delivery for the area of responsibility.

Flexible and adaptable to change, with track record of demonstrating initiative, analytical capabilities and issue resolution.

Process Data Engineer – IAPS

Develop comprehensive Plant Maintenance Schedules in Primavera P6 with look ahead and catch-up schedules (as applicable) with optimization and allocation of the resources (man, materials & machines/tools).

Assure the Equipment Maintenance Activities are planned, scheduled, and executed within Latest Allowable Finish dates, Mange Maintenance overdues and backlogs with approved mitigation measures.

Integration of different schedules (vendor schedule, mobilization schedule, material availability schedules) to make a master schedule and periodic update of the same in Primavera P6.

Assign Schedule baselines, update the activity progress, prepare, and analyze the KPIs.

Enable the assigned operating units, and its on-site employees in producing and compiling high value maintenance information and data, as measured by improvement trends in data quality.

Maintenance, assurance, technical support and standardization of technical data and documents of the operating units. Includes site engagement & leadership on technical & tools forums.

Qualification:

University Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial/ Production/ Electrical/ Instrumentation Engineering.

Minimum 2+ years of overall working experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemicals Industry

Experience in Scheduling day to day Preventive maintenance, Corrective / Predictive Maintenance/Major and Minor Plant Turnarounds/Shutdowns/

Resource allocation and leveling, Baselining, Progress updates, Reporting, Manpower planning and allocation. Understanding the safety requirement and Risk Assessment.

Having at least 1 year of field experience in Maintenance, troubleshooting knowledge of static and rotating industrial equipment.

Experience in Technical Data and Documents management including processes and tools.

Knowledge of Scheduling Tool – Primavera P6, and CMMS Tool – SAP (PM module) or MAXIMO is mandatory.

Skill in MS Office tools (like Word, excel, PowerPoint).

Strong aptitude for Learner Mindset

Flexibility to move quickly across changing priorities and manage multiple Projects/Programmes

Associate Engineer – CMMS – Philippines

Job Requirement:

University Degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering.

Preferably with at least 2 years of operational experience in engineering / technical jobs in at least one/ combination of the following areas:

Experience in Plant Maintenance area within a Manufacturing or Upstream environment as an engineering user of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Web Integrity Management System (wIMS), and Engineering Document Management Systems (EDMS.)

Experience in Engineering relevant maintenance, Equipment failure analysis, troubleshooting, decision making, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, Safety Criticality and Risk Assessment, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis, Total Quality Management, Hazard Analysis, etc.

Experience in Engineering Projects Technical Data and Documents management, including processes and tools.

Front end execution, supporting the EPCM contractor with execution, quality inspection of the project data.

Experience in Project initiating, planning, monitoring & controlling of a CMMS build.

Use and understanding of SAP PM / MM modules.

Job Requirements:

University Degree level or equivalent work experience.
