We are looking for a Portfolio Management Support, to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan. You will be the main support to the project managers in the management of Small Projects in Grid software & Grid Control business.
Portfolio Management Support
Job Description:
Control of the integrated system for managing common and cross costs in projects.
Rationalization and optimization of the management model for these costs as well as the entire process.
Active and collaborative participation within the economic/financial and strategic management of the business unit.
Administration and coordination of the entire supplier base and orders issued.
Maintenance and management of the tools used for cost and revenue control and planning in the projects.
Support project management activities with the goal of beginning the PM career path with the ability to handle small projects.
Qualification:
You should already have a bachelor/master degree in Economics or similar background, together with:
Great teammate, strong communication & interpersonal skills;
Problem solving skills;
Proficiency in English and Italian language;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work in a changing environment
Effective collaboration in networks across businesses and functions
Being a role model for openness and inclusiveness as a non-negotiable cultural element
Eligibility to work in Italy
