Order Administrator, New Graduate Opportunity, Canada
Job Description:
Manage and own customer orders from order receipt to shipment for basic or intermediate product group(s)
Contract review of customer orders and ensure customer requirements are met.
Negotiate with internal teams to support customer requirements
Monitor and maintain daily Orders Received/Orders Backlog reports
Validation that material availability is present to support orders
Facilitate freight, special packaging quotations and verify special pricing, discounts, and Inco term accuracy.
Support delivery KPI’s. Using escalation process when necessary
Qualification:
New graduate from a university/college program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related equivalent
Above average study performance (Accumulative average > 2.5 (B-)). Transcripts to be provided upon request.

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of basic Inco terms and pricing structures for various regions.

Graduate Trainee Engineer – India
Job Requirement:
Diploma Engineer in Mechanical or Electrical field required.
Prefer Building Automation Systems (BAS) successful experience and demonstrated competencies in the components of a BAS including: controllers, sensors, output devices, communications protocols, and user interface.
Prefer knowledge of engineering fundamentals, HVAC systems, mechanical systems.
Prefer ability to read and interpret mechanical and building automation bid specifications.
Prefer understanding of buildings and ability to identify HVAC system equipment requiring automation.
Desirable to have experience using an Estimating/Quoting system.
Prefer knowledge of building codes and regulations.
