Junior Regional Sales Manager – Installed Base Development
Your tasks and responsibilities:
You communicate and drive the IBD strategy and priorities in the assigned zones
You ensure the achievement of financial targets in assigned zones (Refurbished Business and Options & Upgrades Business target)
You support in driving business in the zones (e.g. Installed Base analysis, Bottom-up planning, strategy workshops)
You drive processes as interface with the zones (e.g. MTA, MBR, funnel reviews, forecast, reporting, escalations)
You drive defined focus topics in the zones
You are working in close collaboration with all IBD departments
You represent IBD in sales related events (e.g. local sales meetings, exhibitions)
Your qualifications and experience:
You hold a bachelor’s degree in a commercial or engineering field
You have initial experience in a sales related field (e.g. account manager, sales management, business development)
You have initial experience in the usage of CRM related Tools
Knowledge of clinical processes and workflows as well as a strong interest in trends in healthcare are a plus
Your attributes and skills:
You are fluent in written and spoken English, German is considered a plus
You have strong communication skills, are a teamplayer and entrepreneur, which allows you to work in a result- and quality-oriented way
