Commissioning Engineer
Job Description:
Qualification: BE / Diploma in Instrumentation or Electronics
Working knowledge & Experience in Building Management Systems and Low Voltage controls systems
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint).
Should have knowledge of the HVAC, BMS Systems
Understanding the Technical specification,
Creation of IO summary, Controller selection,
Preparation of Technical Datasheets, Control schematics, System Architecture,
Preparation of Sequence of operation,
Taking approvals from client / consultant
Quantity take off from drawings, inputs to CAD engineers for shop drawings, knowledge of BIM360
Knowledge of 3rd party integrations, Interface documents, protocols like Modbus, BACnet etc.,
Good Communication skills to handle client meetings & customers.
Ensure timely execution of the offsite detailed design packages.
Ensure offsite detailed design packages meet the required quality expectations.
Track and maintain deliverables.
Provide regular inputs to the project managers
