Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates on job boards and databases based on agreed skills requirements.
Connect with business team to understand the requirements.
Be comfortable reacting to high volume requests and quick turnaround
Ensure talent pools are kept organized and appropriate tags and job families are used.
Achieve delivery targets and meet deadlines
