Analyze nature of request, validate, and update specific portals with areas of damage mentioned in request
Prepare the initial cost estimation for the claim and track to keep the claim expenses within estimation
Highlight any red flags/roadblocks and sending communication to different parties while ensuring that all the information is correctly updated on the system
Qualification:
Any full-time graduate with 1 – 3 years of experience in Insurance Domain
Willingness to work in shifts
In depth knowledge of different types of Insurance, Coverages, Claims life cycle
Understands insurance concepts and able to apply logic to the incident/request

Understanding of the Banking process/operations in Checks & Experience in HelpDesk functions – VOICE / DATA (Chat/Email)

Graduate with 1 – 5 years of experience in mortgage underwriting.
Should have knowledge of full loan cycle, 4C’s and income calculation.
Experience in analyzing income & employment, credit strength, property appraisal, check over debt to income (DTI) and Loan to Value (LTV) and all other information pertinent to the credit decision process on each mortgage application, as presented by the applicant.
Strong understanding of Desktop Underwriter (DU) and Loan Prospector (LP).
