Job Description:
Technical hands on in Kafka and GEMFIRE tools
Support experience in Middleware environment
Knowledge in ITIL support processes
Strong analytical skill in troubleshooting the production issues
Knowledge in Monitoring tools like APP D, KIBANA
Knowledge in Java and Spring boot
Knowledge in ticketing tool SNOW
Knowledge in Cloud computing & AWS
· Associate should be flexible to work in shifts and expected to be in Night Shift
· Associate should do alerts monitoring in APPD and resolve production issues
· Associate should take care Production INC# and Problem Records
· Associate should do Gate Keeping for INC# to achieve Response and Resolution SLAs
Minimum Qualification:
• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
Qualifications : BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING
