TCS Hiring for Order To Cash (OTC) in Mumbai | Financial Analyst (OTC/OTC Billing)
•Undertake Project Billing (invoicing) & revenue generation processes.
•Understand and ensure compliance to contractual obligations in relation to invoicing.
• Undertake system-based functions relating to billing and invoicing activities.
•Clearing project WIP and raising invoices to clients in accordance with contractual T&Cs in a timely manner
• Carry out weekly review of project Revenue Recognition by running/examining reports within Worley financial systems and following up on reported exceptions with Project Controllers &/or Project Manager.
•Prepare accurate and timely draft invoices, final invoices, credit notes and collate back up documentation consistent with agreed contractual/client expectations.
