Job Description:
Location: Mumbai/ Pune
Role: Book-in Exp: 0.10 yrs to 4 yrs
JD: Duplicate check. Case initiation for initial/follow up cases. Upload source documents to database.
Role: Data Entry Exp: 0.10 yrs to 5 yrs
JD: MedDRA & WHODD coding. Provide Causality & Labelling. Narrative writing. Send FU questionnaire.
Role: Case Review Exp: 0.10 yrs to 5 yrs
JD: Quality review of processed ICSRs as per customer Quality checklist. Perform Root cause analysis and provide feedback to associates. Perform Trend analysis. Identify training gaps.
Qualifications : BACHELOR OF SCIENCE ( B.Sc Degree )
Note:
- Immediate joiners preferred as onboarding timeline is Jan’22 end.
