Job Description:
Managing growth successfully requires continuous updation of processes , systems to foster Agility and facilitate successful growth. Creating required efficiency and effectiveness in all facets of the company’s functioning is the key to sustaining the high growth.
• Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of systems in all facets of operations
• Identify high leverage areas for improvement , create and implement new initiatives
• Spearhead and coordinate multiple specific initiatives simultaneously, by working with the various department heads and Business units
• Work with Business leaders and managers to collate data required for business decisions
• Analyze the data and come up with possible solutions to enable management to take apt decisions
Qualification –
B.E, MBA | Experience : 0 – 4 yrs
• Go getter , “can do – will do “attitude
• Good people skills
• Analytical thinking
• Eagerness to take on multiple critical responsibilities
• Expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing capabilities
