Purpose Of The Position:
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will have the opportunity to kick-start your career in the automotive and manufacturing industry. Your role will encompass comprehensive training, mentorship and hands-on experience in assigned disciplines and functions within our organization. You will work closely with experienced professionals, gain exposure to the manufacturing processes, product development, cutting-edge technologies, and contribute to the development of innovative automotive solutions.
Specializations To Be Selected From:
Should be a B.E / B.Tech graduate of 2023 batch, in any of the following specified discipline. Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Automobile / Computer / IT / etc
Job Responsibilities:
To gain in-depth understanding of products and operations and be responsible for operational processes and enable end-to-end seamless execution of day to day activities in any one of the areas viz. Engineering, Manufacturing operations, Product Development, Purchase & Supply Chain Management
Project Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on LIVE projects, assisting and contributing in the implementation to the overall success of the project
Production Support: Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on shop-floor to ensure the production line operates efficiently and meets the quality standards to achieve the output/production targets
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements within the function/organization
Quality Assurance: Assist in monitoring and maintaining the highest quality standards in overall product development processes, ensuring products meet safety and performance requirements
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices through ongoing training and self-directed learning

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 12 months of formal experience is mandatory for being eligible to apply.
