The Engineering Graduate Program lasts 2 years. During this period you will gain insight into the investment projects and engineering challenges within our company and how we plan to produce more sustainable steel. In addition, plenty of attention is paid to personal development training. During the program you will be given more and more responsibility and you will follow training courses to master your engineering and project skills.

An up-to-date CV – including a visible (almost) completed relevant technical master, good study results and extracurricular activities;
A Dutch motivation letter;
Bachelor and master grade lists – these can be added to the motivation.
Application procedure
If you apply to us, we aim to let you know within 4 weeks of your first appointment whether you will start as one of our new Graduate Engineers in our Graduate Program Engineering. After you have completed your application, the procedure will look like this:
Ability test, followed by a personality questionnaire;
Interview with recruitment during the selection day on 17, 18 or 19 May;
Interview with 2 managers of PTC;
Conversation with Marc van der Zon, General Manager PTC
Terms of employment interview with recruitment.
