Job Description:
Throughout the programme you will gain experience of a wealth of systems, operations, methods and tools. You will be supported by experienced professionals with excellent on the job training. You will be in charge of your graduate training programme whilst having access to different training opportunities both to develop your soft skills and your technical skills Tata Steel will give you real projects to deliver to help you develop programme skills, influence people and manage effectively. Opportunities to work collaboratively with various departments to discover the best solutions whilst ensuring solutions proposed align with business strategic goals.
Qualification:
You must have at least a 2:1 which will probably have been gained in one of these areas: IT, Science, Technical, Engineering (Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical), Environment or Psychology. It would be advantageous to have some relevant work experience in this field too, perhaps gained through an internship.
Driven, passionate and tenacious, your strong sense of personal accountability is bolstered by your eye for the bigger picture. Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to inspire trust and build engagement are also essential.
