The talent acquisition team is currently looking for a passionate person to be the face of Tata Steel UK and help to support recruitment events at local school, colleges, universities and general careers fairs and events across the UK.
Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Hybrid/Port Talbot (SA13) –

The role is focused on supporting the coordination of graduates, placements and apprentice recruitment and will involve dealing with external stakeholders such as Schools, Colleges and Universities..
Job Description:
Coordination and attendance at Talent Acquisition events across the UK
Liaising with schools, colleges and Universities to attract the skills, experience, knowledge and potential we need
Supporting the coordination of activities such as interviews and assessment centres
Administration duties to support the Talent Acquisition & Development team as required
Act as candidate experience ambassador, as the point of contact for external candidate queries
Maintenance and coordination of our shared mailbox
Successful candidates will be hired through our agency partner, Randstad, to work for Tata Steel at our Port Talbot site.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential
Due to our location and attendance at events around the UK, it is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
An effective communicator in both written and spoken English
You will need to be confident and articulate in your conversations with stakeholders
Educated to a good standard
Excellent organisational skills with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced high volume environment
