RATIONAL TOOLS DEVELOPER
Job Description:
Involve in the requirement gathering, scope definition and it’s documentation by working with relevant business teams.
Develop design documents, based on the functional specification and requirements in concise manner in a Scrum sprint.
Configure and develop plugins for IBM Rational CLM Tool set applications based on the business requirements
Handle support tickets raised from business teams
Job requires the ability to work well with others on a team as well as independently.
Support other team member in resolving high priority support tickets.
Responsible to estimate the stories from the backlog and break them into relevant tasks.
Knowledge / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience in related field having at least 4-6 years of experience in design, development and maintenance of any products/tools
Hands on experience in configuration and plugin development for Rational Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) Toolset
IBM Rational DOORS 9.6 or above
IBM DOORS Next Generation (DNG) 6.0.6.1 or above
IBM Rational Quality Manager (RQM) 6.0.6.1 or above
IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC) 6.0.6.1 or above
IBM Global Configuration Management 6.0.5 or above
Hands on experience in Scripting DOORS eXtension Language (DXL)
Sound understanding and experience Java, Servlets, JSP
Development experience on jazz.net platform
Knowledge of Eclipse,Netbeans tool for the development of java projects
