Job Description :
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Respond to queries either in chat/email or over the phone.
Excellent communication skill, comfortable working 24/7 including Night Shifts.
1 – 6 years of relevant International Voice Experience.
Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER APPLICATION, BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING, BACHELOR OF SCIENCE ( B.Sc Qualification ), Bachelors in Human Resource Management
