More than 2 years in experience in Property and Casualty Insurance specially in Commercial Auto and Worker Compensation
End to End understanding of PnC Auto and Worker Compensation Policy Lifecycle. Understand the nuances of Policy Servicing, Admin and Underwriting Support activities
Well verse in process related to Issuance, Quote, Premium Audit, Auto Forms Comparison and Prior Carrier Loss.
Able to take judgmental decision basis process nature and requirements within parameters of Standard Work/SOPs
Able to comprehend/interpret written request to take necessary actions on customer accounts.
Ability to interpret unstructured source documents and instructions received from Underwriting, broker/customer.
Ability to interpret information from reference material / systems / tools.
Ability to gain a strong working knowledge of policy administration system and associated applications.
Ability to gain an understanding of regulatory requirements.
Ability to gain an understanding of data feeds to/from policy administration system – CCO
Ability to use Microsoft Office applications – Well versed with Excel and Word.
Ability to use Adobe – For manual updating of forms (Forms not automatically pulled by Compass)
Ability to gain an understanding of the end-to-end workflow and subsequent requests (Quoting, Mid-Term Endorsements, Audit)
Ability to meet performance expectations in support of operational objectives
•Timeliness – process requests in accordance with Service Level Agreements and inventory management methods
•Quality – process requests with an acceptable degree of accuracy – output is the base for Underwriting pricing

Ability to interpret facts from various Data feeds and State/Regulatory sites and Understand in details the various components of Prior Carrier Loss
External certifications in P&C will be an added advantage.
