Accounting Specialist for Financial Services
Job Description:
As an Accounting specialist you will be responsible for preparing quarterly financial statement and footnotes including various support files and booking accruals.
· Responsible for maintaining client ledger accounts and develops financial statements
· Collaborating with both internal and external sources to ensure proper reporting of financial data
· Responsible for preparing annual financial statements/footnotes and list of support files.
· Responsible for preparing monthly loan production report , preparing and reviewing of quarterly investor reports
· Prepare monthly reconciliation for the accounts detailing the general ledger balances, discrepancies and prepare adjusting transactions necessary to make corrections to appropriate accounting records
· Prepare all daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks and ensure they are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
· Should be a graduate in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. CA/ICWA/MBA Finance associates preferred.
· Should have excellent numerical and communication skills
· Should be able to drive self-development with varying ranges of experience
· Shoul d demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, following standards and requirements
