Job Description
As an Operations Team Member, you’ll work quickly, safely, and efficiently to manage SLA
Ensuring the products are delivered on time
Basic understanding on Procurement and Supply Chain Operations
Team member will receive PR/SC and basis on standard check points (after due diligence), need to create PO
Ensure accuracy and SLA are met by undertaking appropriate checking and monitoring productivity on daily/weekly and monthly basis.
Identify, assist and implement Process Improvements.
Maintain and implement personal development plan and partnership with immediate supervisor.
Adhering to standard operating procedures/training manuals while executing the task
Ensuring compliance on the quality of deliverables
Comply to internal TCS requirements, accomplish required activities as per deadlines
Business Partnership
Foster and maintain high level of communication within team
Foster and maintain good business relationships with all stakeholders
Attending weekly calls and other business communications with the client’s local team, as necessary
Domain specific
Understanding of basic Procurement process cycle
Timeliness & accuracy for processing, receiving and validating requests.
Handle queries from customer / third party stakeholders
Follow up of open items
Following escalation matrix provided by customer for open items
