Application Support Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for working in shifts to provide 24X7 Application Support across multiple Tesla applications.
Responsible for applying operation break fixes and other proactive maintenance activities to keep the services up and running.
Database Experience with advanced SQL Skills
Responsible for evaluating the Issues reported by Tesla internal users and clients and providing ongoing solutions.
Responsible for owning a specific production problem and provide active coordination between various groups including internal and external vendor support groups in resolving a specific problem.
Determine configuration and operational requirements for development team.
Participate and determine root cause for service failure and support escalation.
Job Requirements:
Design and develop high quality, scalable and stable web applications and/or backend services using .NET with C#.

Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities
Understand and own the end-to-end integration of Tesla’s Software Application systems
Work directly with software developers and business users to understand issues and provide solutions in real-time
Work through tickets received from business users of globally distributed locations
Create workarounds for issues that require immediate solutions if a permanent one is not immediately available, and document troubleshooting guides
Setup automation and monitoring process to optimize utilization of Software Application systems
Work as an incident commander of production critical calls that require coordination between cross-functional teams
