Software Engineer, Technical Security & Intel
Job Description:
Work with experienced Engineers across many functional areas to deliver business value to internal and external stakeholders
Design and develop new modules on the home-grown security monitoring platform which is used for device configuration, management, and monitoring
Architect new and innovative solutions to bring in-house capabilities beyond what is available from third-party applications
Develop scalable solutions using different technologies like .Net Framework, C# , Redis , Django, Celery, Python and other open stack frameworks
Continually learn and apply relevant software development practices, patterns, tools, and technologies
Interface with multiple stakeholders and internal customers, as well as manage critical vendor relationships
Increase efficiency, while reducing waste wherever and whenever possible
Collaborate with colleagues in design and code reviews while using your excellent troubleshooting skills
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or 3+ years of experience working in the software development industry
Experience with designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack web applications from scratch
Proficiency in Python required
Experience with full-stack technologies such as Django, .NET, Redis, Celery, PostgresSQL, and Splunk
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, and Jenkins for deployment and maintenance
Familiarity with Genetec video management system (including SDK and API) and associated security cameras/access control hardware (Axis, Hanwha, Gallagher, etc.) is a plus
Knowledge of application and information security best practices, as well as technical security tooling

Workplace Operations Associate
Job Description:
This position will manage the front desk and assist with projects throughout the office as needed
Manage vehicle charging policy and calendar
Check physical mail twice a week and proceed reflecting current logistics policies
Have basic knowledge of Workplace budgets within Minerva to assist in staying within allocated quarterly budgets
Manage the email alias for all WP/Facility requests
Completing assigned general ticket request/WATT requests
Maintain stock of office supplies, breakroom supplies, and culinary offerings
Qualification:

Process Engineer, Powertrain, Battery Module & Pack
Tesla is seeking a self-motivated Sustaining Process Engineer to ensure continuous production quality and enable world-class manufacturing of Tesla’s cutting-edge battery packs.
Job Description:
Review critical process metrics daily for statistical shifts from nominal and develop game plans to address
Identify and/or develop critical process monitors and metrics for battery module and pack manufacturing. Use to diagnose issues found during the manufacturing process, efficiently identify root cause, react (but also plan proactively)
Guide and develop roadmaps for aggressive improvement to OEE metrics: Yield, Cycle Time,
Availability, and Cost. Report metrics to upper management
Manage workload with a positive attitude as a team player in a collaborative work environment
Drive continuous improvement and support activities for engineering and manufacturing including 5S and Lean manufacturing activities, material handling improvements, production line configuration, and safety procedures
Qualification:
Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physical Science, or equivalent experience
Ability to derive data-supported root causes and propose strong countermeasures.
Tableau, R-studio, Minitab, and/or JMP experience preferred. Must be able to pull data using efficient SQL queries
Exceptional problem-solving skills and an aptitude for learning systems quickly, capacity for managing simultaneous activities and challenges
Demonstrated experience in ramping a high volume, automated and semi-automated manufacturing line.
In addition – has creative capacity for developing new ways to do things better, cheaper, faster in alignment with the aggressive Tesla approach to ramping production lines
Passion for making fantastic new products with industry-leading quality
Desired Manufacturing Skillsets – Ignition Automation experience, familiarity with two-part adhesives, experience with Atlas-Copco fastener rundown traces and quality detection methods.
Vision inspection systems preferred, such as Keyence 2D image inspection and profilometry
