Country’s second largest IT company Infosys on Wednesday said it will hire around 45,000 freshers in the company this year as the attrition rate (the rate of employees leaving the company) has seen a sharp rise. Praveen Rao, COO (UB), Infosys said,
“To take advantage of all the potential in the market, we will increase our college graduate hiring program to 45,000 this year. The country’s largest IT firm Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) said on Friday that it plans to hire 35,000 new graduates in the second half of the current financial year. The company has already hired 43,000 graduates in the last six months.
