Junior Engineer Reliability Rotating Equipment
Description:
The Group is looking for a Junior Engineer Reliability Rotating Equipment (m / f) for the Antwerp platform:
Safety:
Ensure that the TOTAL HSEQ standards are respected.
Follow-up of the performance of all rotating machines
Development / calculation of KPIs, and communication to the organization,
Setting up / maintaining databases.
Manage current bad actor programs. Preparing for and participating in
multidisciplinary bath actor working groups.
Developing investment budgets in relation to the bad actor program,
Preparing and following up modifications and upgrades of rotating machines,
Executing the “Management of Change” process for rotating machines.
Participation in root cause analyzes and other investigations
Communicate the results and follow up the action points
Support for the local engineering and project team. Checking and providing advice on engineering packages.
Ensure that the TOTAL group specifications are followed
Development and implementation of projects (replacements and improvements for maintenance). Value of these projects typically worth +/- 100k € (adjustments to shaft seals, upgrades of smaller machines, etc.).
Overhauling and validating preventive and predictive maintenance programs for rotating machines. Assessing vibration analyzes and providing advice for corrective actions.
Preparation of maintenance instructions for machines; providing technical support to the maintenance team
Provide support and advice to, among others, Maintenance Service and Production regarding maintenance and operation of rotating machines
Drawing up and giving training on machines to the operating staff
Participate in preparation and monitoring of maintenance work on large centrifugal compressors during the Turn around (standstill of the unit)
Management of the fixed fee maintenance contract for shaft seals.
Repairable spare parts and maintenance in external workshops:
Organizing and following up repairs of parts and machines in external workshops
Quality monitoring and cost control
Education: engineer (mechanical engineering), preferably with relevant experience,
Skills: technical knowledge of rotating machines, general knowledge of petrochemical installations, communication & social skills, accuracy, analytical skills, sense of initiative
Language skills: Dutch / English / French
