Tata Group is looking for freshers candidates for Mumbai location. The candidate should be graduate with good academics and should have excellent communication skills.
1) Sourcing of relevant profiles from job portals and coordinating with Managers for end to end selection process.
2) Coordinate interviews, screening, Sourcing, Hiring and background checks.
3) Collection and verification of candidate documents.
4) Exploring alternative cost efficient platforms for sourcing driving employee referrals, NAUKRI sourcing.
Operations & Related MIS:
1) New joiners onboarding process, induction and explain the HR policies as per HR Manual.
2) Provide insight to new employees about our core business area & guide them through organizations HR policies and etiquette.
3) Maintaining MIS Reports on a periodic basis with regards to Employee Details, Attendance, Leaves, Comp offs,
4) Recruitment, Exit Summary.
1) Handling and ensuring closure on employee queries.
2) Coordinate for employee engagement and conducting events and celebrations.
3) Driving Fun at Work agenda – Planning and organizing monthly events, festival celebrations, various team building activities and ensuring active employee participation.
4) Responsible for internal communication on various people related issues across departments and Performance management system in organization.
Graduate with good academics
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications
