Job Description:
Operational role entails support for internal, shared, and client owned infrastructure housed within various sites and data centers.
Role is part of a team that is required to support client infrastructure 24x7x365 and adhere to SLA/OLA requirements for responsiveness and resolution times.
Environments consist of mainly Cisco devices with some Juniper equipment. Devices consist of Routers, Switches, Firewalls, IPS/IDS, and load balancers.
Qualification:
A minimum of one year of Networking or IT experience
