Job Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking IT technical assistance via phone, e-mail, or chat.
Identify, prioritize, and confirm resolution of reported problems.
Providing support based on SoP’s/Knowledge base articles for L1 Service Desk support.
Maintain CSAT while minimizing escalations to the Management team.
Log all incoming incidents or requests and document all actions taken to resolve in the ITSM tool.
Provide follow-up status to end-users in accordance with specified support policies and procedures.
Technical Skills:
Basic Networking, Desktop Support Application Support, ITIL-trained will be added advantage.
Mandatory:
Should be open to working in shifts (including night shifts) & 24*7 working environment.

LMS Specialist
Cornerstone LMS Implementation Engineer
Location-Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Mumbai/Chennai/Noida
Experience-4-7 Years
Have strong expertise with CSOD Learning (LMS) including Reporting 2.0 and CSOD integrations
CSOD core and LMS certification required
CSOD Integration consultant certification will be a plus
Experience with:
CSOD release management, patch updates
Providing advisory and support for CSOD LMS, usage and enhancements
Knowledge of IT Neworking industry will be a plus
Strong client facing communication skills, consultative and analytical approach
Able to work independently without much supervision experience in LMS / learning domain and CSOD
Should be open to work in overlapping EST time zone
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of work experience
Minimum 3 years of CSOD implementation
Minimum 2 years of CSOD Integrations
