We are seeking new graduates with a strong technical background and customer-focused mentality to join a team of business and technical leaders who drive new areas of growth for T&M. Come join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
Interacting with customers to understand their technical and operational requirements and recommend appropriate T&M solutions
Creating proof-of-concepts with T&M NI hardware and software for demonstrations to customers
Building relationships and trust with customers and account managers
Collaborating with cross-functional teams on product feedback and contribute towards technical initiatives
Qualification:
Bachelor of Science degree with an engineering or computer science concentration
Familiarity with electronic measurement equipment (e.g., Power supplies, DMMs, Scopes, function generators, etc.)
Familiarity with high-level programming language (e.g., C, C++, C#, LabVIEW, Python, etc.)

The Engineering Development Program (EDP) is a three-year development program designed to provide a range of development opportunities, focused on engineering, to help recent university graduates build critical skills as they gain a well-rounded experience within our organization.

Your responsibilities will consist of product development, sustainability, and research.

Job Responsibilities:
Spend your first 6 months in rapid learning, gaining expertise with NI tools and our sales process while supporting NI customers and their technical challenges
After 6 months, you will partner with an Account Manager to support customer sales requests, provide demos, training, and customer configurations
Balance your time between inbound sales demand, marketing generated leads, customer presentations and demos, and your prospecting activities to generate new demand and pipeline
Develop test and measurement expertise to equip you for your future career
Qualify demand and escalate opportunities to Account Managers to drive growth
Provide coaching and mentorship to others within the team

Graduate Sales Engineer – United Kingdom
Join Emerson as a Graduate Sales Engineer, within our UK & Ireland Sales group, where you can expect excellent product, sales & technical training, and the opportunity to learn from some of the most inspiring managers and engineers in the industry!
Job Responsibilities:
Located out of our Stockport office you will partake in a 12-month rotational programme rotating between our key business areas.
During this time, you will learn about the products and services we offer, collaborate with our sales and technical teams to deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to the business growth, increasing sales opportunities with our customers.
You’ll actively participate in opportunity creation, solution engineering, proposal development, negotiation, closing, booking, and processing customer orders.
Upon completion of the program, you will transition into the role of an Inside Sales Engineer. This role will further nurture your professional growth within Emerson.
You will be required to live within a commutable distance of our Stockport office (or being willing to relocate).
Qualification:
Be on course to achieve a Bachelors Degree or Masters in a STEM discipline, with a graduation date between 2024- 2025.
Be motivated and curious with a strong desire to succeed.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
An interest within the Engineering field or a degree within Engineering.

Graduate Engineer – Europe
Sales &Technical Process
Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop a business value proposition specific to the customer requirement
Lead a local market analysis to understand customer requirements and the business behaviors required to achieve goals in target areas
Build quotations based on the engineered solutions and present them in a format that sells their value to customers – this includes establishing appropriate pricing and commercial terms and conditions of sale
Work with Field Sales Engineers and Account Managers to follow-up quotations with the view to turning them into orders
Be actively involved in the sales strategy and qualification process for each of the departments in order to better integrate our market offering. Be the voice of the customer in those discussions.
Qualification:
Technical University degree (or final year of studies graduating in 2024 (2025 latest)
Technical background
IT literacy and experience in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
English & Polish language; Russian, Ukrainian or any other Eastern European language will be an asset
Passion and drive to be the best in your field
Preferred Qualifications:
Interest and experience in the field of automation hardware and software, I&C and processes – supported by the theme of the diploma thesis, internships, etc. would be a plus
Knowledge of other European languages is a plus
