1. Basic Understanding of Learning and Development Function
2. Good in MS- Excel and Data management
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Mapping out training plans, schedules, logistics, booking of venues etc
5. Quick to Service Training on Demand requests
6. Readiness to learn and adapt to constant changes
7. Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
8. Ability to take decisions on time
9. Good hands-on on system related issues
10. Good programming skills and query resolution
