Mindtree is hiring Junior Engineers. The basic knowledge you need to possess to be shortlisted for IMTS careers is an understanding of IT related technical concepts like memory, server, CPU, Network, IP address and more. Any prior experience/ certifications in IT/Digital infrastructure monitoring will be an added advantage.
Assessment Process:
Mindtree has a three level assessment to select people for our IMTS careers. It begins with an aptitude assessment (online evaluation at interview venue – logical, quantitative, English), followed by a business communication proficiency check (spoken & written ability) and face to face Technical interview and personal interview.

All offered campus talent will be on-boarded in Mindtree’s Bhubaneswar office to undergo a 2 month immersive technical learning program.
On-boarding dates for FY_2019-20 will be announced separately to offered Talent.
Remuneration and Benefits:
Mindtree’s remuneration is among industry standard levels with Rs. 2,75,000 p.a. While in a project, if you are on oddworking hours, you not only get free pick-up and drop from your home to office and back, but you also get a handsome shift allowance for the period.
While at Mindtree Kalinga for your 2 month learning program, you will receive a stipend of Rs. 21,100 per month (Rs. 6,000 would be auto-deducted monthly while at Kalinga for your stay and unlimited laundry).
Upon successful completion of your learning program, you will receive Rs. 12,000 (no claim required) as relocation expenses to your new work location. With all the investments Mindtree makes in your career development, a service agreement of Rs. 2 lakhs for 2 years from your date of joining will be in effect.
