HR Training Coordinator (Under Third party Payroll)
Location: Chennai
Qualification : Full time MBA (HR)
Experience : 0-3 years / Freshers with good communication can apply
-Coordinate for training programs, speaking to participants, arranging logistics and support the faculty & trainers.
-Pre & Post feedback collection from participants, faculty and maintaining MIS for analytical purpose.
-Prepare weekly, monthly training reports as requested by line managers.
-Co ordinate with training vendors as per requirement and process the the vendor bill.
-Prepare Power point presentation and Pivot charts as and when required by the training managers.
