Petrofac is recruiting Electrical Engineers to join our 2019 Graduate Programme. Our Graduate Programme provides excellent opportunities to gain exposure across various Petrofac Service Lines, allowing you to focus on technical training in your chosen discipline. The successful graduates will receive on-the-job training with a tailored development plan, in addition to the opportunity to work on live projects – gaining early, valuable frontline exposure.
Our graduates will become embedded in the Petrofac culture; learning about our strategy, vision, values and structure. We will also help enhance your personal skills, inclusive of:
1) Global Induction at our Middle East office in October 2019, providing exposure to the global organisation and an opportunity to network with peers and senior employees within Petrofac
2) Allocation of a discipline mentor to provide you with guidance, and to support your personal and career development
3) Regular graduate Lunch and Learns to gain and share knowledge with your peers
4) Close working with Service Line leaders to allow you to develop your business and technical knowledge
Based at our Aberdeen office, the four-year programme is managed by the Petrofac Academy, our in-house centre for employee development. The programme is supported by our experienced trainers, supervisors and mentors who are there to encourage our graduates and ensure they achieve a successful career within Petrofac.
How to start your journey:

• Are you available to commence the programme in October 2019?
• Do you have an expected degree classification of 2.1 or GPA 3.5 in Electrical Engineering?
If you meet the above criteria, then we would like to review your application.
